ADHD Shine Naturally
This isn’t about “fixing” your child, it’s about helping mothers reclaim your spark, vision, and power, so your whole family can thrive.
Every child is unique. And every mother is, too.
Yet when ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence enter the picture, it can feel isolating, like you’re losing yourself while trying to hold everything together.
At Shine, we believe your child deserves to be celebrated for their creativity, empathy, and spark. And you deserve the same.

That’s why Our Approach is focus on:
Empowering mothers first — because when you thrive, your child learns to thrive, too.
Strength-based reframing — helping you see beyond labels so you can celebrate your child’s creativity, empathy, and unique spark.
Practical tools and community — giving you the guidance and connection you need to feel less alone and more confident every day.
This isn’t about controlling or changing your child. It’s about uplifting both of you — so you can walk this journey together with resilience, joy, and hope.
Providing natural support to help children with ADHD and other differences thrive as their true selves.
Every child is unique — but for families navigating ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence, the journey can feel isolating. Too often, kids are reduced to labels instead of celebrated for their creativity, empathy, and spark.
Our approach focuses on natural support, strength-based guidance, and empowering families with tools that build confidence and resilience.

When mothers lead with passion and purpose,
children naturally grow into the best version of themselves.
You know your child is passionate, creative, and full of heart. At home, you see their spark even if the outside world sometimes sees “disruptive,” “distracted,” or “too much.”
That misunderstanding can feel heartbreaking...
As a mother, it can leave you questioning yourself, carrying the weight of blame, and wondering if you’re doing enough.
But pause for a moment...
What if the answer isn’t about fixing or labeling your child but about reigniting your own spark?
Because when you reconnect with your vision and lead with passion, your child learns by your example that they are more than enough, just as they are.
As a mum, you don’t need to have all the answers or “fix” everything. The truth is, your child already holds so much within them and with your love, patience, and guidance, they can thrive in ways the world may not always see. What they need most is you — your presence.
But when you don’t feel good within yourself, it often reflects back in your child’s behaviour. That’s why you play such a powerful role.
When you feel calm, confident, and connected to your own worth, supporting your child no longer feels like a constant uphill battle. From that place of strength, you naturally begin to:
Bring nourishing meals to the table with ease
Weave supportive lifestyle habits into family life without pressure
Explore gentle, natural supplements with clarity and care
And most importantly, reframe how you see and speak about your child — noticing their spark, creativity, and strengths, even in the hard moments.
Because when you acknowledge your own worth first, it becomes so much easier to guide your child with compassion and celebrate who they are.
As a mother to four beautiful and quirky neurodivergent children, I’ve lived through the highs and the lows. I’ve seen the incredible strengths that come with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, and I’ve also felt the exhaustion and overwhelm that can make mums question if we’re truly “enough.”
For years, I leaned on my background as a naturopath to bring natural support into our home — diet, lifestyle, and supplements that eased many of the day-to-day struggles. But what really shifted my perspective wasn’t the science — it was a simple conversation with my son.
I was sharing research about eliminating ADHD symptoms when he stopped me and said:
“Why would I want to get rid of it? It’s my superpower. With it, I believe I can do anything.”
In that moment, I realised something powerful. My son’s ability to see his ADHD as a gift didn’t come out of nowhere. He believed in his strength because he felt supported and seen — and that began with me knowing my own worth as his mother.
That’s when it clicked: when we as mums feel calm, confident, and connected to ourselves, our children reflect that energy back. Our belief in our own value shows them how to believe in theirs.
My strategy is built on empowering mums to reconnect with themselves.
This is why I created Shine Membership — to help other mums reclaim their spark and sense of purpose. Because when you thrive, your children thrive too.

Supporting your child to become the best version of themselves — naturally.
You have a passionate, creative, charismatic child — full of energy, imagination, and heart. At home, you see their spark. But at school or kindy, that same spark can sometimes be seen differently: “disruptive,” “distracted,” “too emotional,” “unable to focus.”
If you’ve walked this road, you are not alone. Many parents feel the same heartbreak when their child’s uniqueness is reduced to a list of problems. Too often, families are told the only path forward is expensive diagnoses and lifelong medication.
But pause for a moment. What if there’s another way?
Supporting neurodivergence is not about “fixing” a child. It’s about helping their brain and nervous system thrive so they can live a happy, meaningful life on their own terms.
There is so much that can be done through:
Nourishing diet choices
Supportive lifestyle habits
Gentle, natural supplements
And most importantly, reframing the way we see and speak about our children
When we step back from labels and begin to recognise their many strengths — like hyper-focus, creativity, empathy, and charisma — while gently supporting their challenges — like impulsivity or difficulty focusing when uninterested — we give them the tools to shine in their own unique way.
As a mother to four beautiful and quirky neurodivergent children, I know the highs and lows personally. I’ve seen firsthand the incredible strengths that come with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, and I’ve also experienced the challenges that can leave both children and parents feeling exhausted.
Because I am also a naturopath, my children have had the advantage of natural support — diet, lifestyle, and supplements that have reduced many of the day-to-day struggles. One conversation with my son really changed how I see things. I was discussing research about eliminating ADHD symptoms, and he stopped me and said:
“Why would I want to get rid of it? It’s my superpower. With it, I believe I can do anything.”
He was right. The very traits that can be seen as difficult can also be a child’s greatest gifts when supported well.
My strategy is simple but powerful:
Reframe neurodivergence by focusing on strengths
Support challenges with diet, lifestyle, and natural supplements
Empower children and families with tools that build resilience, confidence, and joy
This isn’t about suppressing your child’s individuality. It’s about celebrating it, while guiding them with natural supports that allow them to thrive.
