Meet Suzy Burgess

ADHD Specialist · Naturopath · Wellbeing Advocate · ADHD Mum & Mentor

Suzy Burgess is more than a Neurodiversity Educator, she’s a mother, a Naturopath, and a passionate advocate for helping children, parents, and educators understand the beautiful complexities of neurodivergent minds.

With a Health Science degree in Naturopathy and personal experience raising four wonderfully neurodivergent children, Suzy brings both professional expertise and deep empathy to her work. Her approach weaves together natural health, brain regulation, and emotional wellbeing — supporting children with ADHD to shine as their true selves, while also guiding the families and educators around them.

Suzy is especially passionate about helping mums reconnect with their own clarity, confidence, and sense of self, so they can feel grounded and empowered on the journey.

ADHD Specialist · Naturopath · Wellbeing Advocate

Suzy Burgess is more than a Neurodiversity Educator, she’s a mother, a Naturopath, and a passionate advocate for helping children, parents, and educators understand the beautiful complexities of neurodivergent minds.

With a Health Science degree in Naturopathy and personal experience raising four wonderfully neurodivergent children, Suzy brings both professional expertise and deep empathy to her work. Her approach weaves together natural health, brain regulation, and emotional wellbeing—supporting families and educators to not only manage challenges but help each child’s gifts shine through.

Her journey began in clinical practice, but it was a transformative experience with a young adult client and later, with her own son’s ADHD diagnosis that shifted her focus to early intervention. Realising how much earlier support was needed, she made it her mission to guide educators and parents toward calm, clarity, and connection.

Through Holistic Expansion framework, Suzy shares her lived knowledge and practical tools so that every child can feel seen, safe, and supported especially in the classroom. At the same time, empowers mums to rediscover their own clarity and confidence, knowing that when they feel grounded, they can better guide and nurture their children.

“Neurodivergent children aren’t broken, they simply need to be understood. When we learn how their brains work, we can empower them to thrive.”
